a) If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service team within 5 days of the order date. If your goods have already been shipped prior to cancelation been agreed then it is your responsibility to return them unopened to Pos-consumables.co.uk within 5 working days of agreed cancelation date. b) Cancelation of orders outside the 5 Day period will result in charges of 15% of the original cost plus delivery charges that have been incurred by Pos-consumables.co.uk. c) If you are looking to return a product purchased please also contact our customer service team. All returns must be agreed by Pos-consumables.co.uk before goods are received or claims will be rejected. Returns may be subject to charges of 15% of the original cost plus delivery charges that have been incurred by Pos-consumables.co.uk. d) It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. e) Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and you will not be refunded. f) Any refunds required can only be made by Pos-consumables.co.uk once all goods have been returned.
