a) If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service team within 5 days of the order date. If your goods have already been shipped prior to cancelation been agreed then it is your responsibility to return them unopened to Pos-consumables.co.uk within 5 working days of agreed cancelation date.
b) Cancelation of orders outside the 5 Day period will result in charges of 15% of the original cost plus delivery charges that have been incurred by Pos-consumables.co.uk.
c) If you are looking to return a product purchased please also contact our customer service team. All returns must be agreed by Pos-consumables.co.uk before goods are received or claims will be rejected.
